Independent Online Tutoring
The majority of our students participate in independent one-on-one tutoring sessions for 1-2 hours per week!
Keyser Elementary School Summer Program
In 2024, we received a City of Toledo grant to fund a one-on-one tutoring program for 30 children at Keyser Elementary School during the month of June, 4 days a week.
Lahaina Fires Disaster Relief
In response to the 2023 Lahaina wildfires, The Education Project worked with local educators, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and our undergraduate volunteers to offer tutoring two times a week for 5 months following the disaster.
Broadleaf Primary and Infant School
Ever since 2023, The Education Project has continued to offer weekly tutoring to kids at Broadleaf Primary and Infant School in Mandeville, Jamaica. We have thus far have help 38 students with tutoring. In July of 2024, we also ran a three-week summer program and donated 40 back-to-school supplies kits.
